Timely
In the early fall, the executive branch of Antex launched outreach activities, the aim is promoting teamwork and corporation awareness. The theme of the activity is “Forging team, Creating brilliant”, and improving conglomerations between colleagues.
The crew is divided into 3 teams that take part in “wheel game”, “blind pile” and “CS battle game”. People will realize the success of team is base success of individual and Personal success must be based on the joint efforts and common support of the rest of the team, every member should trust each other and defeat fear. The last item is “Happy farmhouse” that is time to rest and make dinner. There is no clan, no competition in this activity and a big team which well-know about cooperation.
In this quality development activities, each member learn about the importance of cooperation and communication, for the future work to lay a good cornerstone. So that colleagues take practice in the sentiment, and improvement.
